The centennial of Juan Rulfo’s birth was the most propitious occasion for a special edition of the three titles that make up his literary oeuvre. El Llano en llamas, Pedro Páramo and El gallo de oro were brought together in the order in which they appeared, preceded by a brief presentation by the Juan Rulfo Foundation.

The characteristics of this edition, which can be described as unique for appearing only during the centennial year, make it very attractive to bibliophiles, collectors and constant readers of Rulfo’s work. With hardcover and jacket, it follows the extraordinary design made by Jussi Karjalainen (adapted by José Luis Lugo) and Siltala publishing house, in 2014, for the volume containing the Finnish translation of the first two titles of Juan Rulfo.
