Reflecting a constant concern for the issue of missing persons, from the political and the social spheres to the realms of art and ideas, “Lost Child” presents a series of drawings by Mexican artist Ilán Lieberman. The exhibition comprises 100 portraits of missing children published in a Mexico City newspaper, which the artist meticulously reproduced as a means of recovering the faces and perpetuating the memory of people society almost always forgets. The artist thus calls upon us to reflect on 100 examples of this tragic phenomenon.
