This volume explores one of the many and varied aspects of multifaceted artist Frederic Amat (b. 1952 in Barcelona), one of the most outstanding figures on the Spanish contemporary art scene.
This book offers a selection of his interventions into public and private spaces, often with architectural connections, in both natural and urban contexts.
It provides an excellent opportunity to understand Amat’s vital and original artistic imaginary. The volume served as the catalogue of an exhibition held from March to July 2017 at La Pedrera in Barcelona.
