“Lugares de Tránsito” is a program of curated residences, which has given rise to an exhibition, a forum of thought, and the present publication.
A work that began in the cities of Havana, Santo Domingo, Maracaibo, Bogotá, Miami, Guatemala City, Panama City and Quito during the years 2010 and 2011. In each of these eight destinations, a couple of artists together with an exhibition curator belonging to the context and Marta Soul’s work shared a task, that of carrying out an action as infrequent as it is necessary today: to be and to think together.
